Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our services agree to:

• Maintain a safe working environment for all security personnel.
• Comply with operational guidelines and instructions issued by Accura.
• Inform us promptly of incidents, safety hazards, policy changes, or circumstances affecting service delivery.

Payment Terms

Client Cancellation

Accura Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• You fail to pay invoices on time
• You breach these Terms & Conditions or any contractual agreement
• Your premises or environment pose a safety risk to our personnel
• An illegal, unethical, or unsafe activity is identified at the site
• You provide false or misleading information affecting service delivery

On termination, all outstanding fees remain payable.

Liability

• Accura’s total liability for any claim arising from service delivery, negligence, or breach of contract is limited to the total amount paid for the specific services concerned.
• We are not liable for:
  – Indirect or consequential losses
  – Financial loss, loss of profit, or business interruption
  – Criminal acts carried out by third parties
• Clients are strongly encouraged to maintain appropriate insurance coverage for assets, property, and operational risks.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
